Greetings Everyone,

I'm updating you on behalf of my mother. Tom's surgery was rescheduled for today, March 2. There was still some doubt if the surgery would actually happen, considering the past 3 attempts, but......as of 11:00 this morning, Tom was under the knife!

The surgery is supposed to take about 4 hours; hopefully all goes well and Tom will be coming around by the evening. It's awesome that he made it into surgery but the bigger hurdle is yet to come......hoping that a seizure and technology will give the surgeons enough info to operate and in the end, heal.
